Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup light margarine
2 eggs
3-4 tbsp milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
2-2.5 cups oats
2 cups all purpose flower
1 tsp baking poder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk chocolate chips
(add nuts and dried fruit for extra flavor and crunch)
Directions:
Beat sugar and margarine until creamy. Add egg product, milk and vanilla; mix well. Combine oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Add to margarine mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and let dough sit for an hour. Preheat oven to 350. Drop rounded teaspoons of cookie dough into a greased cookie sheet. Bake from 6-8 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from rack. Enjoy!
