Easy Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients:
1.25 lb lean (at least 90%) ground turkey
1/2 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon Marinara Meat sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 egg

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400F. Line 13x9-inch baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
2. Mix all ingredients.
3. Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs and place 1 inch apart on sheet.
4. Bake uncovered for 18-24 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
5. Drizzle favorite sauce over meatballs and serve!
