Turkey Meatballs - 2nd Recipe

Ingredients:
3 lbs lean (at least 90%) ground turkey
1 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
sprinkle light garlic salt
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon Marinara Meat sauce
1 tablespoon pepper
2 eggs

Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400F. Line 13x9-inch baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
2. Mix all ingredients.
3. Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs and place 1 inch apart on sheet.
4. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
5. Drizzle favorite sauce over meatballs and serve!
